Small Group Training- 2-10 kids with a personal trainer for one to two hours - $25 per player/ per hour
Team Training - one session with a personal trainer for designated time frame, working on specific themes (i.e. passing, trapping, ball control, possession, offense, defense, clearing, heading for attack, etc.) - $65 per hour
Goalie Training - Individual Goalie- $45/hr, Team goalies $65/hr
