If you're looking for an affordable way to get your kids moving-whether it be speed training, agility, quickness or endurance-this summer AND position specific soccer training -Jersey Elite Training has the ultimate solution; Small Group Sessions! We are offering 60 min sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays 5-6 pm at Mercer County College. Pay is $10/session. Starting June 13, 2011. These sessions are high intensity aerobic that will involve all types of fitness and endurance training, plyometrics, balance, etc. Then we break the kids out by position and work on specific technical and tactical skills – just for them.
Coach Jen is running this at Robbinsville Community Park as a Pay as you Go Program. Just $10/session. Two sessions offered: Mondays & Wednesdays from 5 to 6 PM. Come as often as you’d like.
Coach Caitlin is running this at Jeanine Willis (Wemrock Fields) in Freehold as a pay as you go program. Just $10/session. Two sessions offered: Tuesdays 6-7:30 for U14 and under, 7:30-8:30 for h.s. ages boys and girls.
